When you sign a document with Pensti, information is recorded so the signature can be documented.
Who is responsible
The sender of the document is the controller for the document and the signature. Bullmade ApS operates Pensti as a processor for the sender.
What is recorded
Name and email address; times of sending, opening, consent and signing; IP address, browser and device; language and time zone from your browser; a location (city and country) looked up from the IP address in a local database without sending it to third parties; and your signature and the fields you complete.
Why
The information documents who signed what and when, and makes it possible to show that the document was not changed afterwards.
Retention
The information is kept with the document for as long as the sender needs it to document the agreement.
